		<itunes:summary>Dear Walk Show Family,
Ever feel like one of my daughters who, when I sometimes ask her if she’s laughing or crying, exclaims: “I don’t know!”? Well, I’ve sometimes felt that way myself—especially on the day when I hijacked AM820 KGNW’s “Live from Seattle with Doug Bursch” radio talk show, turning the tables on the host, commandeering his host’s chair, and interviewing Doug instead of the other way around!
The tears were there because, when I grilled Doug with questions he might not feel free to share (were he still in the host’s chair, hee, hee), it quickly dawned upon me how few people would ever hear—much less grasp if they did hear—the life-and-death importance of his words. Doug Bursch was sharing his vision for the creation of a movement—made up of the small, incremental steps of faith each of us can take to overcome the mountainous obstacles each of us will encounter if we are to find and fulfill the revolutionary visions and dreams the Creator has already programmed into our spiritual DNA’s.
And, the laughter was there when you get two madmen in the same studio at the same time! For me, it was a laughter of glee, for I always enjoy “playing tennis with a better tennis player”; it improves my game! Sparring with a better talk show host does much for redeeming my corny humor and sharpening my own dull wit. (I may have peripherally mentored Doug in the talk show business/ministry, but now he’s got everything I gave him, plus what the Lord and so many others have given him, as well, so isn’t it the divine plan that the student should eventually far outstrip—and not threaten—the mentor?) Bring it on!
When you cross the “Empathetic, Insightful, and Playful” themes from my Walk Show with Doug Bursch’s “Truth, Hope, and Humor” themes from Live from Seattle, you get a barrel full of laughs, but you might also require a box of Kleenex with our soberly humorous dialogue about the spiritual issues that could either make or break your life and ministry on this earth.
Doug’s advice? Don’t wait to move forward in the fulfillment of your dreams or visions until you feel you’re strong enough or perfectly equipped enough to engage in this movement against overwhelming-looking odds.
Listen as I extract from Doug the most amazing, in-depth revelations of what will happen when we all start walking in freedom step by step—together overcoming the great shakings and mountainous obstacles immediately ahead. To hear this historical (hysterical?) show, click on the speaker icon above:
